• Olympic-Sized Stress
    The Olympians have been in Vancouver for over a week now, showing off their athletic skills in hockey, snowboarding and skeleton. Despite the years of preparation however, there is one threat to all countries chasing the gold — STRESS.
     
    Stress is tricky — it can be a blessing and a curse. Sweaty hands and a lump in the throat is awful on a first date, but stress can also motivate us to study more and do better on a test. It can affect Olympians the same way.
