“My friends and I were bored one day during Christmas Break and decided to make a quick movie. We shot this in 30 minutes and only used eight minutes of tape. There isn't a flick today that doesn’t use the magic of visual effects. The box office smash hit Avatar is just one example of many that have wowed audiences over the years. In fact, visual effects have been used in motion pictures for over 100 years. As Bill Parker shows above in his production of Star Wars vs. Star Trek, the technology has become so advanced that it’s now possible to produce awesome videos of our own. This link is an excellent example of how visual FX has evolved over the years in the movie industry.
